1. Mimosa: Mix fresh orange juice and Champagne in a 50/50 proportion. Stir in a glass with a cocktail spoon.
2. Bellini: Add 2 tablespoons of peach / mango puree to PROSECO. Stir in a glass with a cocktail spoon.
3. Kir Royal: Add to Champagne one ounce of currant liqueur. Stir in a glass with a cocktail spoon.
4. French 75: Mix Champagne with gin, 4 ounces of Champagne and ½ ounce of Gin. Stir in a glass with a cocktail spoon.
5. Death at noon or Hemingway: At the bottom of the glass pour absinthe, then fill the glass with Champagne, 4 ounces of Champagne and ½ ounce of Gin. No need to mix!
6. Cocktail "The Admiral": In a large serving pitcher, cut a pineapple into bite sized pieces, pour half a bottle of any over proof rum and then pour half a bottle of dessert wine (you can choose from one from our set) and a whole bottle of sparkling wine. Serving pitcher place a metal colander, put 10 cubes of sugar in it, pour a little rum and set fire to the sugar. When the caramel drips into the serving pitcher pour this amazing concoction over ice. Enjoy!
